Due to popular demand, we are starting a Candid Clicks Photography Gift Certificate program. Right now we are launching the Ultimate Package Gift Certificate, and soon will be incorporating some of our other offerings, as well as different amounts, $25, $50, $100. Now friends and family who live outside of San Diego can buy a special San Diego Photography gift for their San Diego County loved ones.

We think we made it simple. Just add the gift certificate to you cart. Once it’s paid for you will be directed to a download link. Download the .jpg file (printable certificate) and print it. Label who it’s from, who it’s going to, and the order number to prove it’s authenticity. Your order number, which can be found in the download link after the ….order= and will look something like this: http://candid-clicks.com/vip/download.php?order= YOUR_ORDER_NUMBER . It can also be found in your order history under “My Order” of your Candid Clicks website profile.

You can also email it to your recipient…just make sure they annotate the correct order number when they redeem the certificate.

It’s definately a San Diego gift that keeps giving….it gives once when they get the certificate, again when they redeem it. Once again during the photo session and again during the proof/photo selection. It keeps giving when they recieve thier finished products and continues giving each time they look at thier photographs. They won’t forget who gave them that special memory.

So we have this new blog set up to help communicate with our clients, family, and friends to share ideas, happenings, and to rant and rave about anything that crosses our mind. The first thing that goes through our mind is what to blog about. (20 minutes go by)…

After some serious thinking (OK, not really the San Diego Chargers are playing right now), why not discuss why we chose the name “Candid Clicks Photography”. We could tell you that’s it’s the name we dreamed about since we were kids, but you’ll probably see right through us. We could have chosen “Insert Name Here Photography”, but we didn’t really want all the attention on a single individual. After all, while we take the photograph, it’s still the subject that can make or break a good picture.

Other names we could have chosen;” Otay Ranch Photography”, “Eastlake Photography”, “Chula Vista Photography”, “San Diego Photography”, “Photographers R US”, “PhotogWay”, “The Pampered Photographer”, or even Rancho Vista Photographer”.

At the end of the name selection we liked “Candid Clicks Photography”. It summed up best what we find important in photography; capturing a special moment or look through our lens and preserving it to be cherished for generations to come.
